Free CV Builder for Oil & Gas Inspectors

Built by recruiters who place QA/QC inspectors on oil & gas projects, in the order we read CVs when we shortlist: certificates with expiry dates, client approvals, projects, codes and availability. For NDT, welding, coating, API, E&I, MEP, HSE and QA/QC.

From the recruiter's desk

What recruiters check first on an inspector CV

A clear CV does not make you a better inspector, but it makes sure a recruiter sees your certificates and projects in the first read. The builder puts each of these where we look for it.

  1. Job title that matches the role
  2. Certificates with number and expiry
  3. Client approvals (Aramco, PDO, ADNOC…)
  4. Relevant projects, latest first
  5. Codes and standards
  6. Notice, rotation and visa

Read how recruiters shortlist inspectors, and the mistakes that get good inspectors missed

Why this builder

Built around how inspectors are hired

  • Certifications that count

CSWIP, ASNT and PCN levels, API 510/570/653, AMPP (NACE), NEBOSH, CompEx, each with number and expiry date.

  • Client approvals and projects

Show approvals such as Saudi Aramco, PDO or ADNOC, plus client, contractor and project for every job.

  • A free CV check

Flags expired or expiring certificates, missing dates, career gaps and thin job descriptions before you send your CV.

  • Word, PDF and a no-contact version

Download the Word file employers often ask for, or an anonymous version without your name and contact details.

Questions

Is the Inspector CV Builder really free?

The builder and free-design PDF exports are free. Premium includes Word and premium options for 30 days, with up to 10 paid exports. Up to 3 Word exports within 7 days of payment using free designs. $3 USD including tax in every supported country. Included within the Premium export allowance.

Who is it for?

Inspection and QA/QC professionals in oil & gas, energy, construction and industrial projects: NDT technicians, welding, painting and coating, API, E&I, civil, lifting and HSE inspectors, and QA/QC engineers, anywhere in the world.

Can I download my CV in Word?

Up to 3 Word exports within 7 days of payment using free designs. $3 USD including tax in every supported country. Included within the Premium export allowance.

Should I add a photo or date of birth?

It depends on the country. Employers in the USA, UK and Europe usually prefer no photo and no date of birth; employers in some other countries ask for them. The builder leaves both out by default. You can add your date of birth if you need it.

Who reviews my CV in the paid services?

A human expert matched to the service and your needs: an experienced recruiter or a senior inspector from your discipline. You are buying direct, practical help rather than an automated review.

Why should I pay when the builder is free?

You should not, unless you want more than a tidy CV. The builder is free and always will be. The paid sessions are for inspectors who keep applying without replies, who are moving up a level or changing discipline, or who want to know which certificate or client approval is worth the money next.

Do you keep my CV?

Only if you choose "Save my CV". While you type, your draft stays in your own browser. Your downloaded file is created on request and not stored unless you ask us to save it.

Is my CV shared with employers?

Not automatically. If you save your CV, QualityJob4U recruiters can consider you for suitable vacancies, and we ask you before presenting you to a named employer.
