Paid CV software and expert services are optional. Free editing, previews and free-design PDF exports, job applications and vacancy posting remain free. Buying a service never improves recruitment priority or guarantees a job.
Word and Premium: 14-day money-back guarantee
For new Word and Premium purchases, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment for any reason, including dissatisfaction after trying or downloading your CV. You do not need to prove a technical fault. Expiry or using your export allowance does not remove this guarantee during those 14 days.
After that period, our voluntary change-of-mind guarantee ends. Contact us about faulty files, missing features, non-delivery or a product that is not as described: we will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Mandatory rights may apply for longer.
What your software purchase includes
- Word — $3 USD including tax: up to 3 Word exports using free designs within 7 days from payment.
- Premium: access to premium designs and options for 30 days from payment, with up to 10 paid exports in total. Word and PDF exports using premium features share this allowance. Free-design PDF exports do not consume it.
- Access ends at expiry or when the export allowance is used, whichever happens first. Times are shown in UTC. Previews and editing do not consume exports. Failed generation does not consume an export; a successfully generated export does, including a repeated export.
- These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Earlier purchases keep the duration and allowance sold at the time; your account shows their terms.
- Downloaded files remain yours to use and edit after access ends. Expiry does not delete your account or saved CV. A full refund removes remaining paid access for that purchase; files already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Human CV review, rewrite and calls
Before work starts we confirm the deliverables, delivery deadline, price and any call arrangement. These services are offered only through a payment method that permits them.
- A review or rewrite cancelled before work starts receives a full refund. For a standalone call, cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment receives a full refund.
- Once review or rewrite work starts, cancellation of the call alone does not automatically refund the writing work. We explain any proposed deduction for work already performed, subject to mandatory rights.
- If we cancel or fail to meet the agreed delivery deadline, you may request a full refund instead of accepting a new deadline.
- If dissatisfied with a review or rewrite, contact us within 7 days of delivery for one revision within the agreed scope. If a genuine quality problem remains, we assess the appropriate remedy, including a partial or full refund where warranted. This request period does not limit statutory remedies.
- A call missed without 24 hours' notice normally has no voluntary refund, but may be rebooked once. Mandatory cancellation and consumer rights still apply.
How to request a refund
Sign in with your purchase email and open Purchases and refunds, or email applications@qualityjob4u.com with your purchase email and booking or Paddle reference. Do not send card details. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
For Paddle payments, you can also use the support link in your receipt or visit Paddle payment support. Eligible EU customers can use Paddle's withdrawal function where available. A request recorded on our website is not confirmation that money has been returned.
Paddle processes refunds for Paddle payments to the original payment method. Approval and bank processing affect timing; card refunds typically arrive 3–5 working days after processing. Refunds of other payments are arranged through the original provider where possible.
Your legal rights and Paddle's policy
This policy does not reduce mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, quality or other consumer rights. It does not require you to waive those rights to use our guarantee. For Paddle payments, Paddle's Refund Policy also applies; any greater applicable protection remains available.
Prices and tax
Premium and expert prices vary by billing country. The final price and applicable tax are confirmed before payment. The $3 Word price includes applicable tax in supported countries.
