Electrical / Transformer Inspector (Dry-Type Distribution Transformers)
Contract: Part-time
Duration: Call-Off / Daily Basis

Experience required: 7+ years
Certificates required: alid IECEx CoPC and/or CompEx (for hazardous area equipment) Welding: minimum CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI NDE: minimum ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT and PT, or equivalent Familiarity with ASME B16.5, B31.3, Sec II (A/B/C), V, VIII Div 1/2 and IX
Experience in electrical manufacturing and dry-type distribution transformers (safe area)
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
7+ years in Oil & Gas (construction, source and vendor inspection)
ADNOC experience (mandatory)
Familiar with AGES specifications, ADNOC Offshore standards and international codes
Demonstrated experience in inspection, testing, FAT witnessing and quality verification
Working knowledge of IEC, ISO, NEC, IEEE, NEMA, BS/EN, NFPA and project-specific requirements
Previous inspection experience on similar equipment (transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, batteries, cables, bus ducts, Ex equipment)
Proficient in English, with report, release note and NCR writing skills
