In short
- Searching jobs, applying and building a CV are free.
- We never charge a job seeker to apply for a job or to be placed in one, in any country.
- If optional paid CV services open, they will be sold separately and will never affect your applications or whether you are shortlisted.
- Using the site does not guarantee an interview or a job. Employers decide who they hire.
- Only list certificates and experience you really hold; clients verify them.
- You must be 18 or over.
- If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights your own country gives you, whatever these terms say.
1. Who we are
QualityJob4U (qualityjob4u.com) ("we", "us") operates this website: a job board and recruitment service for inspection and QA/QC professionals, together with the free Inspector CV Builder and optional paid CV services. The operating company is Ashraf For Business SPC, Commercial Registration 1649804. Contact: applications@qualityjob4u.com.
2. Agreeing to these terms
You accept these Terms when you tick an acceptance box, create an account, submit an application, send a vacancy, or download a CV after being shown the Terms. Browsing public pages does not by itself create a paid contract. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data, and our Cookie Notice explains browser storage.
We may change these Terms. The version date is shown at the top, and the version in force when you used a service governs that use. If a change affects you significantly we will say so on the website, and by email where we can.
3. Who may use the site
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit an application, use the CV builder or buy a service. When you accept these Terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your date of birth is accurate. Signing in through Google does not remove this requirement.
- You must give accurate information about yourself and keep it up to date.
- One person, one candidate account. Do not create an account for someone else without their written permission.
- Employers must use an employer account and accept the Employer Terms before receiving candidate details.
4. What we provide
- Job board: vacancies from employers and from our own recruitment work, worldwide.
- Recruitment: we put candidates forward to employers, with the candidate's consent each time.
- Inspector CV Builder: free CV creation and preview without signing in, a free CV check, free-design PDF downloads after signing in to a verified candidate account, and optional certificate expiry reminders. Your browser draft returns after sign-in on the same browser.
- Word and Premium software: optional one-time purchases. Word costs $3 USD including tax for up to 3 Word exports using free designs within 7 days from payment. Premium provides 30 days of premium features and up to 10 paid exports shared between Word and Premium PDF. Free-design PDF exports do not consume the allowance. Access ends on expiry or when all exports are used; no automatic renewal. Earlier purchases retain their original terms. Your account shows expiry and exports remaining.
- Expert CV review, rewrite and career calls: optional human services. Before starting we confirm the scope, price and delivery deadline. Payments use a provider that accepts the particular service.
- Refunds: new Word and Premium purchases have a 14-day money-back guarantee, including after downloading. Remaining paid access ends after an approved full refund. Files already downloaded remain usable. See our Refund Policy for software, human services and mandatory consumer rights.
- Paddle payments: when checkout is provided by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and issues the payment receipt/invoice. Its buyer terms and refund policy apply alongside applicable consumer rights. Buying software does not enrol you in recruitment or marketing; these choices are separate.
- Third-party inspection (TPI) day-rate enquiries: we may pass an enquiry to a partner agency. Any contract for that work is between you and that agency, not with us.
5. Job seekers never pay for work
This is a firm rule, not a policy we can waive:
- We do not charge you to register, apply, be introduced to an employer, be shortlisted, or be placed in a job, anywhere in the world. This follows the principle in ILO Convention 181 and the law of many countries, including Oman's Labour Law, the Gulf states, the United Kingdom's Employment Agencies Act 1973 and its Conduct Regulations, the European Union, India and the Philippines.
- Employer posting, candidate introductions and hiring through us are currently free. If employer fees are introduced, they will be agreed with the employer before they apply.
- Optional paid CV services are a separate product. Buying them, or not buying them, makes no difference to any application, shortlist or introduction.
- If anyone asks you for money in our name for a job, a visa, a medical, "processing" or "registration", it is not us. Report it to applications@qualityjob4u.com immediately.
6. How we are paid
Employer services are free at the moment. If we introduce employer fees later, we will agree them with the employer in writing before the employer uses the paid service. Optional CV services, when available, are paid for by the person who buys them. Nobody pays us to be shortlisted, and buying a CV service never moves anyone up a list.
7. No guarantee of a job
We cannot promise an interview, a shortlist, an offer, a salary, a visa or a start date. Employers and their clients make their own decisions. Our guides, examples and CV checks are general information to help you present your experience; they are not legal, immigration or career advice.
8. Your information must be true
- Only list certificates, client approvals, qualifications and experience you actually hold. Employers and clients verify them, and a false claim can end an assignment and damage your reputation.
- Do not upload another person's CV, certificates or identity documents without their permission.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, offensive, or infected with malicious software.
- We may refuse, remove or report content or applications that appear false, fraudulent or unlawful, and we may suspend an account.
9. Your content, and what we do with it
You keep ownership of your CV and everything in it. You allow us to use it only to provide the service you asked for: creating your document, sending reminders you asked for, and, where you have consented, considering you for vacancies and sending your CV to a named employer in a named country. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
10. Our content
The website, CV designs, discipline guides, example CVs, texts and images belong to us or our licensors. You may use the designs to create and send your own CV, and you may share our job links. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the designs, guides, adverts or database, scrape the website, or use automated tools to collect data from it. Example CVs describe fictional people.
11. Job adverts and equal treatment
Adverts on this website are written in neutral wording. We do not publish requirements based on nationality, gender, age, marital status, religion or a photograph, even when a client asks for them, because such adverts are unlawful in many of the countries where our readers live. Where a client's own law permits a genuine occupational requirement, it is handled privately with that client and never printed in a public advert. Where the law requires pay information in an advert, we will show it.
If you see an advert on our site that breaks this rule, please report it to applications@qualityjob4u.com and we will take it down while we check.
12. Paid services, prices and tax
- Prices, what is included and any time limit are shown before you pay, with the currency and whether tax is included.
- For now we invoice you, and you pay by bank transfer or another method we agree with you. Nothing is charged until you agree the price. We never ask for your card details on this website.
- Refunds and the cancellation rights that apply where you live are set out in the Refund Policy.
- Premium access is personal to you. It may not be shared, resold or used on behalf of others.
13. Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw any feature, including free features. Job listings come from employers or are prepared from their requirements, and may change or close at any time. Jobs close automatically 21 days after posting unless we extend them.
14. Sanctions and restricted countries
We do not introduce candidates to employers, projects or individuals where doing so would breach applicable sanctions or export control laws. We may decline or withdraw a service for that reason.
15. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for providing our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers, for losses caused by information you gave us, or for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
For paid services, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
16. Suspending or closing an account
We may suspend or close an account, or refuse service, if these Terms are broken, if information is false, or if the website is misused. You may close your account at any time by emailing us; how long we keep data afterwards is in the Privacy Policy.
17. Law, disputes and your local rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Subject to any mandatory right you have to use another court or complaints process, the courts of Muscat have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and in many countries, including those in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you may bring a claim in your own local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under your own national law.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint: applications@qualityjob4u.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
18. Cookies and your browser
The website uses cookies for sign-in, form security and your chosen language, and stores your CV draft in your own browser until you choose to save it. Paddle payment components may use cookies or similar storage for checkout and fraud prevention. The details, and what will change if we ever add analytics, are in the Cookie Notice.
19. Your account and password
Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it was our fault. We never ask for your password by email, WhatsApp or phone.
20. Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as an employer's site or a certification body. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
21. Things outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet or hosting failures, power cuts, strikes, natural events, or government action.
22. How we contact you, and notices
We contact you by email, and sometimes by WhatsApp or phone if you gave us the number. Keep your email address current, because we use it for important notices such as changes to these Terms. You can contact us at applications@qualityjob4u.com.
23. Transferring these terms
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours if our business is reorganised or sold, and your rights will not be reduced by that.
24. If part of these terms cannot be used
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not lose the right to enforce it later.
25. Language
These Terms are written in English, and the English text governs. Translations are for convenience only. If we formally adopt a translated version for a country, we will say so on this page.
